• Small-Batch Nature: All WalKai Naturals Products are crafted in small batches using human-grade, natural, and where applicable, wildcrafted ingredients. Due to the inherent nature of natural botanical and food-grade ingredients, minor variation in colour, aroma, texture, and appearance between batches is normal and does not indicate a defect or compromise in quality.
• Ingredient Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all ingredient information displayed on our Website and product packaging is accurate and current. However, formulations may be updated periodically to improve quality, address sourcing changes, or reflect new learning. We recommend always checking the product label at the time of receipt for the most current ingredient information, particularly if your dog has known sensitivities or allergies.

• Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled by the User once the Order has been Accepted and written order confirmation shared by WalKai Naturals. Once the order is confirmed, the Returns Policy is applicable. WalKai Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, payment issues, or any other reason, with a full refund issued in such cases. In case of suspected fraud, WalKai Naturals reserves the right to take up due legal and financial steps.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer or per order to ensure equitable availability and product freshness.
